Der St. Galler Saxophonist und Pädagoge Carlo Schöb ist regelmässig als Musiker bei uns zu Gast, heuer aber präsentieren wir ihn einmal als Komponisten und Arrangeur. Ausgebildet in Boston u.a. bei Michal Gibbs ist seine Musik natürlich auch vom Jazzrock beeinflusst, doch in weiteren Studien bei David Angel vertiefte Schöb sein Interesse an orchestraler Finesse. Für das Konzert mit den ZJO hat er ein spezielles Set zusammengestellt.
